# Mr . Tim M. of Powers OR USA Tutor Profile

## Tutor Personal Information

Tutoring Style and/or Experience
I've been a homeschool father for 24 years.

I've been a Christian for over 50 years.

I've been a Math teacher for 34 years.

I tutor MATH live online using webex and Skype.

As I teach math, I work to discover early on what the student's God given learning strengths are so that I can use them to teach the student, and teach the student to use them to learn. This has enabled me to have a very high level of success helping students who have felt that they are "bad at math" or that math is "too hard" succeed at much higher levels of math than they ever thought they could reach, and to do so with a smile. Whenever hands-on learning and drawing pictures to understand the material are appropriate, I use them.
