I am a science journalist in New York, and use to work as an engineer before switching to journalism. I have strong fundamentals in Math and Science and can work with students at any level (middle school, high school or college). My preferred approach is to figure out which areas the student needs help, develop a teaching plan and then follow it for throughout the tutoring period. I am interning at a journalistic outlet for most days of the week, and would prefer to teach during weekday evenings or on weekends.
