I received the "Medallion for Excellence" in English -the Department's highest honor- and several awards in recognition of my accomplishments as editor in chief of the school newspaper. I was a member of both the National Honor Society and International Thespian Society, as well as a ranking officer in a number of clubs and organizations. My AP test scores were fours in English Language and English Literature.
