Need help in English? Preparing yourself for the Writing and Critical Reading sections on the SAT? Semicolons, the difference between 'perspective' and 'prospective', and complicated symbolism in literature making you confused and frustrated?
If so, your search for help can come to an end. I would absolutely love to help guide you through the complexities of the English language and make you feel confident about your abilities.
I received straight A's all throughout my schooling in every English class I took (including AP English Literature and AP English Language). On my SAT's, I received a perfect score of 800 on the Writing section, a 740 on the Critical Reading, and a 730 on the Literature SAT Subject II. I also have received 5's on every English and history-related AP test I have taken.
Besides that, I am just genuinely passionate about writing, reading, and everything that comes with it. I've been writing creatively all my life, and I have recently launched a professional copywriting business as well, with several clients under my belt. My background in all kinds of writing is extensive and demonstrative of my fiery passion for the English language.
I would love the opportunity to share this passion with students and help them learn both the creative and technical aspects of writing, critical reading, grammar, vocabulary, and every other branch of the subject.
I also tutor as a college admissions counselor; I can help you make lists of fitting colleges to apply to, narrow down your choices, gauge your admissions chances at certain institutions, and effectively build your applications.
Please contact me if you need an English guru to turn you into one as well! I look forward to hearing from you!
