Tutoring Style and/or Experience

Hello! My name is Katrina, and I am easy going and friendly. I love to teach and I draw from a wide background. I spent three years studying English at Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland, as well as years in bookbinding fellowships and apprenticeships. I also taught a bookbinding workshop to several college students. I have played the oboe for most of my life. I can also play the cornamuse, crumhorn, clarinet, and recorder (soprano, tenor, bass). I played chess on a competitive team for six years. I taught children as an exhibit manager/museum educator at the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia, PA. The children learned about animals and their habitats, exposing them and introducing them to this wildlife in an indoor environment. I have a wide variety of skills and a lot to give back. I would love to help share and teach what I have experienced. Let me know if you are interested [MY HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE, I WILL WORK TO ACCOMIDATE YOUR SCHEDULE]!
